I called State Farm to get a quote on car insurance and had the pleasure to speak with Jo. She was very delightful and extremely helpful. It was a great experience! I decided to go with State Farm, it was a cost savings for me but the main reason was because of her expertise in insurance and excellent customer service!! Having raised 3 children & 2 grandchildren with all their vehicles included I have had countless interactions with the office regarding every kind of need. Each time Margie, Jo Gavula or another in the office helped & guided me through whatever it was that I was dealing with. I am frustrated. I am a current State Farm client and have been for ages. I am currently searching for a new agent who will be my advocate and value my business. I contacted Margie Williams' office to arrange a meeting. It was painful to get is scheduled. I was told I could not meet with her because I was already a client of another agent. I explained again I was just wanting to meet Margie Williams to see if she might be a better fit for me. Finally the young man scheduled an appointment for next week. I actually called State Farm's customer service center yesterday and asked if it was standard practice for not allowing potential new agents to not speak with existing clients and I was told that was absolutely not the practice.
