Marc Davis - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Marc Davis’s office. I initially reached out in February 9th regarding a simple matter related to a policy and did not receive a return call until 2 additional calls and an email later. Timely communication is a basic expectation when working with an insurance agent, especially when clients are trying to understand or manage their coverage. When I finally did speak with him, I was attempting to discuss the details of a policy and the process for transferring to another agent. I contacted two other State Farm offices beforehand, and both informed me that transfers are typically handled through the current agent. However, instead of assisting with the process, I was told he was not going to make it easy and to call the 1-800 number. What w

Awful agent. Listen to all the low ratings because they all say the same thing. Marc Davis himself rarely handles anything and has his assistants do all the work, which they often don't do. You have to call and email repeatedly just to get something done, even if it's as simple as removing a vehicle. They never do what they say they'll do until you've called them enough. As a customer, you shouldn't have to urge them to do their jobs, but that's the reality if you go with this agent. And forget about canceling your policy if you move or something. He'll ignore it and pretend it didn't happen or delay things until you need to go through corporate to get it resolved.

Dealing with Marc Davis's office has been the worst experience I have ever had with State Farm in well over 20 years. I have lived in multiple states and this office is by far the worst. Marc was nice when I dealt with him personally, but whoever he has working for him has dropped the ball on me multiple times with my car insurance transfer to GA and now again when I moved out of GA for my life insurance. He really needs to get better help. Be prepared to make lots of follow ups with them if you choose to use this office and definitely do NOT expect them to follow up with you.

Do not allow this office to handle your policy!! Incompetent, you can never reach your broker, they are rarely in the office, He hires Incompetent employees! I had a policy for one of my cars I was in an accident car was totalled. He allowed the policy to term instead of suspend. Long story short went to buy a car unable to insure without starting a new policy. Even though I had other cars insured and houses!! Stay away if you want good customer service!!

He communicates and understands his customers expectations and he always delivers on his promises. He makes my customer experience very delightful by providing real value. Marc Davis and his team have empathy, they operate in elegance, and there is an spectrum of equivalence, because as his customers are happy he is happy, too. His firm has a coherent approach for service design and delivery. They are experts.
