I have had nothing except bad experiences with this branch of state farm that is run by Mac Freeman. I have had constant issues with my biling and policy. From the beginning they were charging me twice each month for billing and then they would cancel my policy telling me " I didn't pay on time" and I would be without insurance for awhile even though I just paid a week earlier and then they would charge me late fees. Everytime I would bring it up they would come up with some excuse or reason for how their bilng was set up. Now I am once again having issues because they are constantly charging me more than what I signed up for and agreed to.
