Kyle was very good. A true professional with a relatively warm, honest personality. He was very clear with a confusing subject, and his offer was one I will seriously consider. I'm a bit disappointed your office could not offer a car/home bundle due to a claim we filed a year or so ago about some backyard fence damage caused by a bear.
