It's been endlessly frustrating to work with this company. They have handled all of my small business insurance needs for many years and every year it's gotten more disappointing and frustrating. Each year, I have to remind them multiple times to process our insurance renewal and send out certificates of insurance to my clients. A few times, our coverage has expired. This reflects poorly on us in the eyes of our clients, and it's a huge risk to our business. Customer service has been sub-par from multiple people. I'm treated like a bother rather than a client. And when they've dropped the ball, there's been no apology or effort to correct the issue. I'm leaving a review here since I have no idea whom to contact at Lundie to give this feedback. We'll be taking our business elsewhere as soon
