After almost a decade with triple a im going to have to cancel. They told me this morning they don't cover stuck vehicles. I said well you'd tow it for other reasons you can't just tow it out of this stupid parking spot? She's like no somethings gotta be wrong with it and it has to be going somewhere else. So im on my way to disconnect the starter and call em back and have it towed as far away as I can and still be in range just to waste their gd time. And it's absolutely ridiculous that the only response they give is that 'this location didn't do it'. It's your company, and your policy. Duh..not removing my honest review of your company. It'll repost it for all your locations.

Roadside assistance : I been waiting since 12pm to get my car towed 2 miles to my home. I talk to 3 customer service rep and they all told me different information. Then the tow company they use are so rude and disrespectful

Poor customer service at it's finest made a service call for roadside service that was the worse experience I have ever had. The fact that this call went from 20mins to 1 hr then another 78mins blows my mind. But it was the fact you don't let the customer know that they switching drivers in the middle of the call. I had to make 3 calls to the customer service line to know what is going on. Me and daughter sat in a dark parking lot almost 2 and half hrs unexpectable. Like I told the rep this something that is pay for out of my pocket. This the way you treat yr customers wow asap I canceled the policy

my boyfriend was waiting 6-7 weeks for his car back for a engine change when it should’ve taken 2- 2 1/2 weeks TOPS. at first there was a faulty engine which is understandable but they said they had the new engine for the past 3 weeks and haven’t returned the car. unacceptable.
