Hales Insurance Agency

This office was taken over about a year ago or so - the customer service dropped off dramatically once new owner took over. He is not friendly man and was rude to me me as a customer ( eg hanging up without saying good day) all but accused me of insurance fraud when inquiring about insuring my home. He does not communicate well and has a hostile undertone in demeanor- I would not trust this person with my insurance needs. There are much better, more caring, companies.

While I haven't had to make a claim yet, their reputation for efficient claims processing gives me confidence. I appreciate the peace of mind that Harbor Coverage Insurance Agency provides with their comprehensive coverage options. Great service provider! Thank you!
