Loya Insurance Company

I was shopping around for more insurance. So I went to the McDonough Ga location. But in the meantime I found a better cheaper place. So I went with the other company. And so I went back to Loyal Insurance office to get this canceled out. Do you know what these dirty people did. They gave me paperwork saying it was canceled but they didn’t cancel it in the computer.What kind of people does business like this. Cricket people that dress nice and pretend to do the right thing.

My dad can speak a little bit of English but cannot express all of his thoughts out. I called LOYA Insurance and it went directly into a customer service name Monica at McDonough. She was SUPER rude, unhelpful, wanted her ways when I am trying to help my dad express what is going on. She then came with a strong attitude saying, “If I speak ENGLISH, I could take him to the agent close to where we live”. This kind of attitude was not my expectations from someone who work with customer everyday regardless of having a thick accent which she told me I have a thick accent. If leadership see this message, I was very dissatisfied with her treatment and how rude she is. I hope no one gets treated like this regardless of a thick accent or trying to help their parents out.

Taylor was helpful, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. My son needed auto insurance for his vehicle and she helped him get everything he needed to get on the road immediately.

They supposedly open from 9:30 to 6 in the afternoon, but whenever I go before 5 in the afternoon they are always locked up and even though there are people inside "working" they want to serve me, they tell me that it is already closed and that it will return the next day I don't know why they set a schedule, otherwise they don't respect it, and there are already several occasions where they do that.

Sindarous was excellent from beginning to end he should be a trainer the way he filled in a office that was not his regular location
