We have used Lowe insurance for several years Debra has helped us to save money on our Medicare supplements as well as another insurance issue. I feel she goes above and beyond to be helpful. Cannot say enough good things about the service we received.

I had a special circumstance to apply for emergency health insurance for 2025. Mr David Lowe said he took care of it, I was good. The first of the month came around, and no I was NOT good. He never put in my application so I have NO coverage. Will definitely find my own for next year. Got told twice I would receive a call back shortly. I guess they consider a week to be short.

Made a policy with a agent, when I didn’t get any paper work I called and she was no longer with the company so I was told they switched back to old policy, which I no longer wanted. I told Derick I wanted to change but was going on vacation he said no worries call when you get back, so I did was told by the receptionist the date was over to switch. I have kept calling office and his personal phone for 1 week and he will not return my call. Had to call BCBS directly to ask what I can do… and it’s too late, I now have to pay a lot more, with no explanation. So disappointed and frustrated with the total lack of professionalism.
