Mark Hanna: Allstate Insurance

Be with them for ten years and never had an issue until now! I made my payments and they canceled me without a phone call or even a letter in the mail, I did get email for me to call them but no detailed message. I made payment on the app and it didn’t have any notes saying anything about a cancellation. I made a full payment to them supposedly after the cancellation date and they still took it all!!

I have been very disappointed with this Allstate office. I have been here for several years a few too long. I canceled my Mortgage insurance with them and was told the money would be refunded in 30 days and after 32 days they still had not refunded my money. I had to call the office back AGAIN and I was told there was a processing error!! No joke!! Operator Error! I was canceling because I was being charged over $600 more a year than where I moved my insurance with the very same coverage Terrible Office, definitely not reliable people. Not mad, not surprised but I don’t think I should have to do their job.

I'm sick and tired of all you insurance companies hiking up your prices every six months.

Allstate Is a good insurance company, but the Hanna agency makes it great, their always there to answer any type of questions. We have been with Mark for over 30 years. Very pleased.
