The agent really was no good help I was having a issue with my data I ask to connect to their wifi so I could pull up my documents he say he couldn't so I had to call the highway patrol to bring me another printout that's sad like im going to hang around the premises to use the wifi.

I have been with allstate for many years, my insurance on my truck was 220 then pushed to 280 within a few months. I requested a call back multiple times on the app. No one called. So i decided to buy a new car and trade in the truck. I purchased a 2024 elantra with a 5 star safety rating while being told my insurance would go down. My insurance went down to 260 one month then jumped to 559 dollars the last few months. I am in shock as to why or how my insurance doubles on a brand new car with a 5 star safety rating and all warranties. I dont know much about insurance but this is an absolute unacceptable and i am looking elsewhere finding quotes of 150 to 250.
