Lockard & Williams Insurance

A lousy excuse for an insurance company. They lack professionalism in the highest degree I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone much less a hospital to cover their employees. They are about as flexible as a 2x4 when it comes to being out of network or range

I got in an auto accident November 2019 while having Lockard & Williams insurance through Singing River Hospital System, they covered NONE of my hospital bill.... and need I mention it was an auto accident I was not at fault for and of course the person that was at fault had no drivers license and no insurance...so none of my visit to the hospital by ambulance was paid and now reflects badly on my credit right along with the bill from the ambulance company.... I refuse to pay this bill!! I should not be held responsible!! And on top of this my almost brand new vehicle was totaled!!

The absolute worse insurance company. Mostly nobody wants to take this insurance. You should see the providers face when l say who im covered with. I got a bill from last year that they never paid. Most doctor's and surgery centers are out of nerwork., leaving you with huge balances.

I've been using their insurance for 5 years and Miss Parten has always gone above and beyond to answer my questions and work with providers to get my claims covered!

Lockard & Williams insurance is the worst medical insurance I have ever had. They hardly have anybody within network. Do not use this company!!
