Jazz Blythe has been awesomeness. Very professional, genuine and totally responsive to emails and concerns. In a day and time when customer service seems to be the exception instead of the rule, Jazz sincere interest and actions regarding my needs were refreshing.

Very pleased with my experience in June 2019, changing insurance when I downsized from large home to townhouse. Unlike earlier experiences with Jazz, when she took info and I never heard another word. Looks like new owner might have made changes, although I know Jazz is still there, my friend tells me she’s more responsive. I’ll never find out.
