Kim Darden at the Hurley office is the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. I panicked when my insurance provider of 16 years dropped me for no reason right before hurricane season. Kim went to work for me and found me an even better policy for cheaper than what I was paying before. I highly recommend giving her a call!

Sadly disappointed. I called Jess McKown on Monday 1/9. She was very professional on the phone and even emailed me to let me know she would get some quotes put together and let me know the options in a few days. I thought that was perfectly fine. On Friday 1/13 I followed up about options. On Monday 1/16 she emailed me that she was waiting on some questions to be answered but due to the holiday every one was closed. Long story short. It’s been 2 weeks and have not heard back.

Always great service. I couldn't answer a lot of questions about a house I was trying to get a quote on for a client and the gentleman here was patient. Looked up info for me and was honest.
