We have always enjoyed working with the Lino Reale Insurance Agency. We frequently make changes to our policies, adding and removing vehicles, and every time we call it is always a positive experience. They never make us feel like we make too many changes. They always immediately make the changes and send out updated insurance cards. Alina is friendly and always available to help. The whole company is great to work with!

Excellent customer service! Chris not only had responded to my voicemail message by email, he had also put my requested information in the mail before 9 AM Monday morning. And he gave me a great suggestion to demonstrate that I was not at fault in a recent fender bender. No one else I spoke to mentioned this.
