We recently (May 2024) went through Anderson-Van Horn in a Victor, for home and auto insurance through NYCM. Oct. 15, 2024, a deer decided to jump in front of us on 90 and totaled our Tucson that we loved. The process of getting an estimate to getting our settlement was flawless. Kaitlyn was empathetic, knowledgeable and informative. We have a new Tucson. NYCM acted quickly with all aspects and we only have great things to say about all the services they provided us.

I change Insurances frequently so when I first changed to someone else, years ago, it took Anderson months to reimburse me. I thought this was an honest mistake. They said they never received the cancellation papers. Over the years I went back to them because of better rates. This past time when I went with another company the exact same thing happened. Supposedly they "didn't receive the proper paperwork" to cancel and refund me. I doubt that 2 nationally known insurance companies made the EXACT same mistake with this one small broker. Also, the first reason why I left Anderson years ago was because they were making it more difficult to get a deal with a company than it was to just go straight to the company.
