I would give negative stars if possible. As a provider, you would be better off without any insurance coverage as their customer service is a joke. They are a TPP and trying to get through their automated system is nearly impossible! They will answer the phone and press a button in your ear and transfer you back to their query repeatedly. If this is how they operate their customer service center, imagine how they process your claim, or deny them all for any reason possible. Don’t waste your premium money on a company that doesn’t care about you! Chose any other insurance.

Absolute garbage insurance company. Deny deny deny, that’s all they do. Oh, you work construction? Okay, physical injury HAS to be work related per their logic. You could slip and fall on ice in your own driveway, they will still claim it happened at work. Don’t bother with LineCo’s “appeal process.” I hand-delivered my appeal because it was supposedly lost in the mail. Was told right then and there it would most likely still be denied. And for the bills they do pay, they simply pick and choose which ones they want to pay. I’ve never seen an insurance company pay part or an ER bill, but “investigate” the rest of it. Since when are insurance reps medical professionals? If you know what’s good for you and want a stress free life, don’t utilize this insurance if at all possible.

My husband called for WEEKS to make sure we would have our insurance info the 1st of the month since I’m pregnant. Apparently someone at Lineco was supposed to approve his paperwork months ago and never did. After begging for weeks for someone to look into it, they finally did today. Not sure how this place stays in business.

They are anti Military! They kick dependents off your plan if they serve our country. Their false reasoning is they have insurance through the military, but they don’t receive chiropractic care in the military. You can have other insurance and still be on your parent’s insurance until 26, but kicked off for serving our country! Sit in your parent’s basement until you’re 26 and do nothing, you can still be covered! Lineco you disgust me! Shame on you for abandoning military personnel!
