If I could rate as zero I would. So after almost 4 years of them telling me I'm disabled and paying me monthly, they all of a sudden decided I was able to return to work. And my 9 sedative prescriptions I take 3 times a day, I'm supposed perfectly able to hold a full time job. Like 2 weeks before my next check was due to be paid. Now I'm stuck with absolutely no income. I'm hiring a lawyer and I'm gonna sue this company. And they were supposed to help me get my SSDI but never helped with anything. This case worker has had it out for me since day one, she has "accidentally forgot to send my monthly payment through" so I received it a week late. I would not recommend these scammers to help you because they don't..

Mailed check out to wrong address, mailed out a second time, was mailed as a typical letter, no signing required. The payment has never arrived. Have called multiple times with no correspondence back, now emailing. If this money was absolutely needed it would be a nightmare. There is ZERO excuse for this kind of service and care from a company that is suppossed to be providing a service to those who have lost a family member.

I am having an extremely difficult time receiving payout for my 10 year old daughter who just lost her Dad. I've done all the legal steps required. The ladies who answer the phone are very nice but it seems like the problem is with the service department. They have been holding my daughter's money for 6 months. The amount of patients I've shown has to be respected. I just want my daughters money to be earning more than .5% The court has approved for the funds to be transferred and all the paperwork for a minor beneficiary has been submitted. This company just blantenly ignores their clients needs and feels the need to hold onto funds. My Aunt faithfully paid life insurance premiums for 32 years. She died mid-March, 2024. I submitted a Request for Death Benefit one week later. My 1st submission was insufficient, and so I submitted a corrected form (accompanied by all required docs) by Postal priority mail, and again by UPS express. Dearborn Life confirms receipt of just a portion of the envelope contents, suggesting I submit a FOURTH request. Multiple calls over the past 8 weeks yield the same polite response; "All I can do is email the Claims Dept". There is no way to discuss/resolve the issue directly with those responsible for processing benefit claims at this company. Had enough. This backward company has NO online tools for customers whatsoever. We had our bank account compromised and had to send them =via snail mail= a copy of a voided check. Oh, but what's this? A counter check won't do? We had just opened the bank account, and a phone call to the bank would have verified the account. Nope! We ordered $46 worth of checks we will never use, sent them the voided check AGAIN, and STILL they are not taking the premium out of the new account. We even called and spoke with Anthony when we received a paper bill, and he assured us that it was just an error and that our premium would be coming out of our new account, and not to worry.
