All was good and I was happy up until my first year’s insurance came to an end. I was told multiple times that my second year in business my premium should go down, but it didn’t. Not only did it not go down, they wanted double what I paid for year one. We had everything the same with no claims. How’s it possible. Anyways it seemed shady and too hard to believe. I didn’t think I’d have to, and I did look forward to renewing with them but after our premium amount doubling for no valid reason at all we will look elsewhere.
