She is always easy to talk to and she always listened attentively and were very understanding, making sure I felt heard the entire time. It was obvious they cared about providing good service. Leslie Kelly office just scheduled an appointment to go over all our insurance coverage. I have never had an agent make sure that we were covered the way we would want to be covered and ask us questions that we may not know to ask.
