I am so glad I went though a broker for my auto insurance. Having been with them over a year and a half now they have consistently given me a great rate on all of my vehicles. Not only that as I transitioned jobs this year I had some financial issues arise from that. They were so nice and helpful in the way they helped me with options for the situation I was in.

Courtney at State Farm is a true professional and a breath of fresh air. I came to her with a difficult issue, and while it hasn’t been resolved yet, she listened, reassured me, and—most importantly—followed through on her promise to help. Her integrity and genuine care give me hope. This is especially meaningful after my experience with another agent, Kelly, who failed to add the proper coverage to my Husband's vehicle as requested. When I followed up—after Jason asked her to call me—she claimed she’d send the correction to underwriting, but never did. Now she goes from saying she doesn’t remember, to being uncertain, to denying there was ever a mistake. That’s truly not okay. When you speak to someone in this role, you’re supposed to trust that they’re handling your coverage correctly.

We had switched from safeco to statefarm ins. The transition was not stressful at all. We met w kelle and she helped w the process and Tina stepped in full force. She made me and my husband's experience very at ease. If we had any questions at all they made sure they got back to us via email or a call. We are very pleased w the change.

The customer service at Jason Graham agency is always wonderful and they are ready to help. I was just on the phone with Courtney and she took care of my insurance needs immediately and did it with a caring attitude....much appreciated!

Best experience ever! If I had the option to choose 100 stars, I would definitely give them all the stars! Furthermore, Courtney was my insurance agent and she was amazing. My husband and I have been trying to find affordable insurance for all three of our vehicles and all we kept receiving was high quotes. When I say high I mean like $1500 - $2,000 monthly. But then out of the blue, Courtney contacted me and I was so glad that she did! She was very pleasant and encouraging! In addition she was able to get us affordable insurance where we are now paying less than $500 monthly for all three vehicles and on top of that, renters insurance was included.
