Bad at follow up and returning calls. To be fair they were inside homes due to covid. I just found it easier to get the insurance online.
I always receive excellent service whether I call or drop in. Everyone in the office is always friendly and willing to help in any way they can.
Insurance for Toyota Tacoma 2013 would have been 70 higher on down payment and 60 higher on monthly bill there than what I got at All-State
