Great staff, 2022 most are working remotely floating in/out of the Natick center office but getting ahold of Melissa or Kathy is done quickly, office is fully functional, over the years as a customer I know this office problem solves, good communication with a personal touch.
I have worked with Lehrer and Madden for a little more than a year now. They have excellent customer service and really care about there customers would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance Agency.
