I had a lockout situation in my driveway. I reached out to Roadside Assistance and within 45 minutes the technician showed up and I was in my truck quickly. The tech was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I did not have to pay extra for it because I have them! I recommend OptiTrust Insurance LLC to everyone!! I did not read this well before signing up and though I was buying car insurance. They let me know it was a service contract instead and I decided to keep it since it was so cheap and offered through my company.
My expectations have always been surpassed by OptiTrust Insurance LLC. They are committed to provide outstanding customer service and are proactive and responsive. I'm quite happy I decided to use them for my insurance requirements.
I never thought insurance could be this easy. The paperwork was smooth, the staff was friendly, and I left feeling secure.
