July 19 of 2022 we paid our premium (3718.00). July 27 2023 (5085). On to the next year renewal no heads up no warning nothing just the renewal in the mail. 8892.00 and it just blows my mind that it doubles in 2 years. So I called talk to to Brian Gregory at legacy insurance about dropping premiums rading deductibles or what we could do to lower our premiums. He explains to me that our policy was grandfathered in and that we had a 1000 dollar roof deductible and better coverage on our outside structures. So we just stayed with it. Meanwhile 4-2-25 we had a storm with alot of wind and hail damage. After that we fell into a long summer drought. And got busy with work and life and it wasants causing us anytrouble because it was dry. So going into fall it started to rain and I'd noticed

Brian is a rockstar. He was so helpful when me and my wife had to switch our vehicle. He provided us with our new insurance payment, coverage, and deductible while driving to the Car Dealership. I own multiple small businesses and rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this company was TERRIBLE! I own lots of rental property and have multiple agencies, but I inherited this agency thru an acquisition of portfolio and decided to leave the policy there....big mistake!! Specifically Barbara Neil was the servicing agent. She never appreciated my business. Never one time in 3 years reached out to me even when my premiums increased almost $500/month. I tried to contact her once and left 2 different messages with a live person and still never received a response. I finally showed up at her office to request a drop of a property that I was in closing to sell....she tried to tell me I didn't have a policy with them...until I continued to insist and she finally "found" it. S

Mary-Kate is always my go to for Insurance! We are just starting our Home coverage with Legacy, so haven’t had much experience with anyone else at this time, but they got us the best rates and coverage for our new home! Hoping that soon, we can switch to them for all of our insurance needs. Satisfied customer ❤️
