BCBS is the worst insurance I have ever had in my life. They do not cover most medical needs, the health care providers that are approved are EXTREMELY limited. Most of the time they want me to travel 2+ hours when there is a local provider in my town. Co pays are higher than average. Absolutely horrible.

Called regarding a MRI denial on my neck after Dr ordered one. Customer Service Rep was very nice, listened to my situation, and looked up the reason for the denial and explained next steps. Although the situation wasn't resolved she listened and I called my Dr. back for further explanation for the MRI in hopes of getting one soon on what was stated by BCBSA

The Jonesboro office is wonderful. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Jenna, who always is such a big help!
