I have had excellent response from the health insurance aspect. Amy is wonderful. She finds exactly what I need and can afford and answers emailed questions quickly. Sue in Woodstock also does the same for my mom. Takes so much worry off our shoulders to have such competent, friendly, dare I say brilliant help available.

Beth Matthew is a fantastic insurance agent! She's always available and quickly resolves any issues I have. LDB clearly has a great team of agents across the board, but Beth's responsiveness and expertise make her a standout. Highly recommend!

It feels as if they're only in it for your money. Incredibly expensive - my rates almost doubled from my last place. I switched to them on recommendation, but it hasn't seemed to be anything special enough to deserve the exorbitant amount of money I pay them. Customer service wasn't all that great - called with a simple question, was put on hold for over 3 minutes without response so I hung up. Called again, no answer. Called a 3rd time, this time when they finally confirmed I was a client their tone COMPLETELY changed and they suddenly seemed to care about helping me.
