I have been Laurie's agency's customer for over 30 years. They absolutely provide an excellent service. The office staff is delightful to work with. They are very accessible and answer the phone promptly. Because of their service, I never have even thought of making a switch to a different company or agency. As an example, the type of things really impress me is that they suggest potential premium discounts without me even asking. Some of the discounts expire in two or three years (Safe driving online course), they alert me six months in advance, so I have enough time to follow up. Along with a alert, they send me the coupon for the course. This kind of things makes me feel that they are looking for my interests. Needless to say, I highly recommend Laurie's agency.
