Customers for over 29 years. No claims. Doubled the rate. I called and was told they shop for you. I made 2 phone calls and saved 1900 for the same insurance. That's pretty sad

Business does not seem to exist anymore. It’s an 800 number that gets you nowhere. I used to have an agent and now I can’t even find a number to call.
