Monique is a fantastic agent. She patiently helped my wife set up drivewise account and called for technical support of Allstate. She also sent me the free defensive driving course subsidized by the LaSharon Harris Allstate agency. This Allstate agency is the best agency I have encountered. Monique even helped me seeking out a new Philadelphia Allstate agent as my current agent Warren A Clarkson does not answer my phones or emails for many years just put me on auto renewals!!!
