After repeatedly not getting a return call/correspondence from my STATE FARM agent, non local, I decided to contact a Charlestown agent. I was in need of immediate insurance for my son and MR JOHNSON was fantastic...WOW!!! My son is saving over 100$ monthly from PROGRESSIVE and I too switched agents to local. Thanks again Lank!!
