I had a great experience dealing with Kathy (Joe Russo’s office) I had explained my situation to another agent elsewhere, and he did not complete our insurance agreement on the day we agreed upon. Kathy was able to turn the situation around and get my home and auto policies done quickly at a great rate. I can’t recommend this Office and her enough.
