Lancaster Mutual Insurance Company

We were in dire situation on December 18th with flooding in our basement it set the furnace on fire and our water heater wasn't working. One phone call, estimate emailed, claim approved and on December 21st we received a check. We would have really been in trouble without that money. Thank you Lancaster Mutual Insurance company. Once again in March 2025, Lancaster Mutual came through. Damage from high winds and rain caused roof and indoor leaking damaging ceiling tiles. Lancaster Mutual responded quickly with an adjuster and check to repair the damage. This is the best insurance company. They are caring, compassionate and professional.

Recently had some storm damage on a tri-plex. Filed a claim and received excellent and courteous service. The adjuster arrived quickly and generated an estimate which the company approved and quickly sent me a check. I felt the claim was very fair and could not have been handled any better. No nit-picking required (As I am known to do).

Recently widowed mother in law was moved to assisted living due to mild dementia and home owner policy cancelled immediately without extension while house was being put on market for sale.

Not very helpful in finding about if.there is any home owner insurance through them found terms of insurance paperwork but no ID number
