I have been a customer of this agency since 2000. My wife even longer as I joined her policy once we were married. We have a situation that I believe could have been handled better. I understand what was being told to me. I understand the why. However, I have found that regardless of procedures and other factors, big companies can still find ways to help their loyal customers when they want to. If I could put zero stars I would... I had Paul Black as an insurance agent. Started with him in early 2021 and dropped him in the fall of 2021. There was zero communication between me and him, especially when I needed him or had to make some adjustments to my policy. Never replied to emails, texts, or calls. Worst part about this whole situation was that I filled out all the proper paperwork to have my payments taken out automatically. Well come to find out there was 6 months worth of payments that was never taken out. I was approached about this and was demanded to pay over $1200 on the spot in order to continue the policy.
