I recently got full coverage insurance at this location. It was such a pleasant experience for me. The girl that works there Val was so kind and worked with me for over an hour on finding the perfect policy for me. I have nothing but nice things to say about this location. If you guys need insurance of any kind, go to the La Familia on Josey and ask for Val.

I went to la familia insurance after my prior insurance company was trying to raise my rates $200 more dollars to $580/month . Coming here was the best decision ever they save me over $300 a month on my auto insurance to $250/mnth , i will definently be a life long client ! Also very nice people that work here!

Although they were 1 of 2 of the cheaper options for me . The other option was actually $19 less a month I ended up staying with using this company because I didn’t want to go through the whole refund process and it take forever to get my $197 back. My first issue is I was told my down payment would be $197. Ok cool. Upon reading thru my paperwork I see it says the down payment is $128. I ask why does the paper work say one thing and I paid a different amount and she (Miriam) tells me well it’s a $69 agent fee which was not explained to me before she took my payment. I was only told that after I was reading the papers I needed to sign after making the payment and I told her if she would have said that up front I would have went with the other company and paid the $202 down payment and $11
