Most recently I called to pay my auto insurance in full. I didn’t speak with a live person. Instead I got the automated system, which was adequate for the task I needed to accomplish. However, I prefer to talk with an actual person. Whenever I have called , Kyle, Jody, and Kajsa have been most helpful in the past. They have always been top-notch at assisting me with my auto insurance needs as well as my condo insurance. I highly recommend this agency, and every person who has helped me over the many years I have been using them.

It is and has always been a pleasure to do business with the Kyle Phillips agency. They always answer my questions and take care of policy changes right away. They send me insurance cards and payment schedules promptly as well. I am always very satisfied.

Kyle was a great agent- genuinely did everything he could to make sure I understood my coverage and got the policy that was best for me, and handled it in a quick, professional and friendly manner. On top of that, he saved me a ton of money over what I was paying with Geico and Progressive!
