My wife and I were referred to Steven DelVecchio of Cretella & Belowsky by a trusted friend several years ago, This is NOT an agency one should ever use. My wife was put in a plan where her primary doctor was out of network, a huge mistake, This year he has failed to return three messages. When I asked to have Mr. Belowsky respond to our request, he also ignored our phone call. Other comments confirm that we are not alone with their failed customer service ethic. Avoid experiencing our history, this is a office that needs to rework their business model.
