90 Degree Benefits, Connecticut

So disappointed with 90 degrees Benefits. I put $800 away last year, I sent them bills for over $3,000 in case some of them didn’t qualify. They send me an email saying that they received my paper work, weeks later I got another email saying that my claim was accepted and I should be receiving my check in about 7 to 10 business days, few months later I had to contacted them about not receiving my check and they told me they had an issue with their system, but they will send it out ASAP. Two weeks later they send me another email saying I was not receiving the check because I sent the paperwork after the due date (which is lie) and that the money was refunded to my employer, I contacted my employer and they said they don’t get the money back and that looks like I just lost my money. My wife and I had a choice last year of staying with Sterling, which would cost a bit more or switching to Blue Cross as a Medicare supplemental. We had no doubt about staying with Stirling. They have served us well for the last 17 years.

I've been calling Stirling for at least 20 years, and from the receptionist on down, I have always a) been able to talk to a person and b) always had a pleasant and positive experience.

This company is fraudulent. I pay $200 per week for this insurance. They refuse to cover any test that are ordered by my doctor.

This is the worse insurance ! Nobody answer the phone. There is an answering service, you leave a message, but nobody call you back!. Since last week I have been trying to talk to any agent, but not. ........
