My husband and I worked with Brandon and He is absolutely AMAZING!! From his customer service to how good he is as an agent! We were with progressive for 3 1/2 years and we moved insurances because of him. We were able to save so much more and also receive overall better coverages and policies! He definitely deserves 10 stars if I could give them!

This review is NOT for Ky Dickerson!! It is for her assistant Megan Weege!! Megan was so very helpful getting my Drive Safe & Save device to me for discounts on my auto insurance. She truly is an asset to my GA office! Ky Dickerson has never returned a phone call or show any interest in me as a State Farm customer since she took over this office last year.

She came highly recommended by a friend, and from the moment she answered the phone, I understood why. Makayla was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time walking me through everything, made sure I understood my options, and even stayed on the line while I gathered information she needed from another company. What really stood out was her compassion. She didn’t rush me, she didn’t make me feel like a burden — she genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution, both practically and financially. Great customer service is hard to find, but Makayla exceeded every expectation. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend working with her.
