Hailey Morris and Tasha Edge are extraordinary agents! They work very hard and provide quotes quickly to meet my urgent needs of insurance coverage. I have transferred all my rental properties to Harbin Insurance and will stay with them for the future.

We tried to buy equine mortality insurance from this company and they wouldn’t even show us a copy of an example policy. They wouldn’t explain what was covered or not covered. They were impossible to work with so we moved on and bought from a transparent company.

We often hear about excellent customer service and that is what you find at Harbin Insurance Agency. The associates have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our team for all our insurance needs!

Totally not impressed with this company. Everyone else has been great but there is one lady named Anne French I think, and she is one of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever spoken to. Very rude, snappy, uninviting, unprofessional, everything negative and this lady is it. She’s got the “I don’t owe you anything” attitude and is quite demanding with no manners or politeness. She is rude on the phone and over email (plus she never says ma’am, please, thank you, or you’re welcome), and her emails are punctuated like a kindergartner. You would figure someone working in the insurance office staff would be a decently nice and smart individual but she surprised me because she is everything but. Harbin Agency, you might want to look into your employees a little further as this will not suff

We price shop every year to be sure and we are always told that our rates cannot be beat.
