We have been working with Nationwide's John Belizaire office since 2015, and we are very happy with the service John provided. John and his staff always respond to our calls/emails quickly, and explain the policy in details so we have good understanding. John is very experienced and knowledgeable in this industry, and it is fun to talk to John. Compare to the on-line agent/services, I still prefer an Insurance agent that I know in person, and I can visit in office. The personal communication makes a huge difference!

At the first of the year, I found out that my current agent wasn't handling my present homeowners' insurance for a rental property.
