Krog Insurance has the best customer service. Anytime I ever have a question or need to make a change to my car insurance policy, I send them an email and I always get a response within a day (typically within hours)! Insurance can be hard to figure out on your own, especially if you’re young and inexperienced. Krog makes insurance so easy for me and I really appreciate their team! Highly recommend Krog Insurance!

I have been with them for a very long time. Everyone is very helpful and I call a lot to make changes and it's never an issue and done quickly, I can get a text with my ID card if needed or a quick email. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

if I could leave a negative "one" review, I would. I was in excellent hands until my previous agent retired and transferred our policies to Krog Insurance. The lack of follow up, communication, and inaccurate insurance information was horrible quality and service. We are a large personal account with numerous insured items and never once did Jon Krog, the agent/owner, ever reach out to us or take our call. We have since gone a different direction and requested in documented emails and cancellation request forms sent from our new agency to cancel our policies with Krog Insurance and were ignored. We had to cancel almost two weeks later on our own when we realized we were being double billed.

All those TV ads make it sound simple to investigate various pricing and bundling packages, but there is nothing like the trusted service you get from industry professionals. Krog came through big-time for us. Thanks, K-Team!

Worst insurance company ever. Some how they added teen drivers to our insurance and then couldn’t figure out to remove them. We canceled with them 1 year ago our auto and house. Them never canceled so we just got a cancellation from our current company cause our mortgage escrow was still being sent to them. Customer service is horrible can never get a hold of anyone that knows what is going on.
