He made arranging our home and auto insurance quick and easy, kept us updated every step of the way, and even mailed our documents promptly. The rates are excellent and their customer service feels truly personal — they treat you like family. We were delighted by the surprise $10 gift card for referring my son; he is very grateful for the great service and rate, too. We will keep sending friends and family. Highly recommend!
