My family and I were stranded on the side of the freeway with a blown tire on our way to Zions for a family vacation and Deana answered immediately and got me help within 5 minutes. The tow service was quick and so helpful. We were able to get to a tire shop and on our way in less than 2 hours. Deana even made sure to call me back to verify we had been helped. She went above and beyond and turned what could have been an extremely stressful situation, into a minor detour on our vacation. Thank you thank you!

This is an incredible office. Not only is their service friendly and knowledgeable, but they go out of their way to assist with any of your needs. I recently had an issue with moving out to a different state and trying to get assistance with a new policy, and Jalynn explained everything, helped to navigate the often confusing world of insurance, assisted with discounts and answered numerous questions- even though the policy was no longer with their office. That's just how helpful and knowledgeable this office is. They help you feel confidence in your insurance and in knowing what questions to ask. You really are in good hands with them. And I can't speak highly enough of their service and genuine concern for customers. Absolutely the best!

Deana and crew are the best! I've had insurance with Deana for a long time and I've always had great service from the office staff. But you don't know how good a business is until they go to work for you. I have recently hit a little bad luck and have been involved in a couple of accidents. Deana has been amazing through both. Accessible after hours, very knowledgeable with the insurance process and able to take a load of stress off during a stressful time. Highly recommendable in my book!
