Brian is the best. He has answered untold amounts of questions from me via email about my policies over the years. He’s always patient and kind. He just saved us a bunch of money on our home insurance recently. Just contacted me out of the blue and said he found a much better rate. He did not have to do that, but that’s the type of person he is. Don’t hesitate to go with blue Valley insurance!

Up until today I had loved working with Blue Valley, but due to today’s events I won’t be going through them for my auto insurance anymore. I was in an accident last year and was found not at fault because of my dash cam footage. The claim went to arbitration where I was, again, found not at fault. I received my deductible back (which I paid initially just to get repairs started on my car). But today I was told by Blue Valley I was “at fault” for that accident and my insurance price would reflect that. This is a mistake on their end.
