They tell you things over the phone and then change the plan with out your knowledge. Get everything in writing. Or just don’t bother and take your business somewhere you can trust their words. I really liked working with Daria, but she is no longer there. Wouldn’t bother with anyone there now, that’s for sure.

I'm finally getting around to writing this review after over a decade of receiving excellent service from Anne Benton and her colleagues at Konell. I always feel I am treated fairly and provided excellent service at the lowest prices anywhere. I am writing this review now because Anne recently saved a friend of mine $500 per year on her car insurance with no change in coverage. Give Anne a call — you will be glad you did!

I have been with Erie for as long as I can remember and had my very first claim several months ago when an exterior door blew open in the wind and bowed my door, confirmed when I had someone come out to give me an estimate on a storm door. The bowed exterior door would need to be replaced first. The adjuster who came out initially denied any problem with the door, even though it was obvious the top of the door was now leaning inward. He initially was only going to give me money towards repairing a tiny dent in the trim, something I could've easily patched myself and would've been applied towards my deductible anyway if I hired out.
