It was time to quote home, auto and umbrella policies and Frees did an amazing job finding us coverage at a much better price. Been with this agency for 20 years always paid on time never late, even tho each year the policy got more and more expensive charging me one year for protection from terrorism, needless to say I got a better policy from another agency. But in the meantime I had sent a check to Lebanon Valley so not to be late, (Big Mistake) I told Mr. frees I was canceling my policy, I signed an E document, I thought that was it (Wrong) the Lebanon Valley cashed my check, I was told I should have received my check on Friday, (still Waiting) and I come to fine out I was charged $5.00 for something ridiculous…so I called Frees insurance and instead of getting I am sorry this happened let me handle everything I got nothing but a snarky response, oh and I will send you the $5.00 out of my own pocket..ugh if y
