Keith A. Brogan: Allstate Insurance

I called their agency today with a question about my Allstate bill. The automated system put me on hold and then transferred me to a voicemail. I chose not to leave a message and hung up, thought it’s not that important I’ll talk to my wife about it first. 10 minutes goes by, if that and Keith called me back to see what was up! That is quality service right there! He answered all my questions. I was surprised and happy to chat with him.

We have been using Brogan Allstate for 29 years and Keith has been the most helpful ,on hand ,agent .. from helping when I was in a fender bender to personally answering questions at any time, helping me when I was traveling out of state ! All of our childrens vehicles have been covered by him as well . If you want personal service by someone who will really look out for you, Keith is your guy!

I love working with Keith. He is incredibly helpful and explains things well. I don’t know much about insurance but I feel confident that Keith has my best interest in mind and will always do the the right thing for me. He is friendly, professional and a joy to work with.

Keith Brogan of Allstate Insurance is a man that works hard for you. But he has an agent name Amy who is absolutely astounding at service and doing what she can to help you and whatever issues you have. She has gone beyond anything I could imagine that an agent would do for you. God forbid if Keith Brogan ever loses her.

Thers is not much to say, because I haven file a claim for awhile, but I can say that Allstate is always there if I need you. Very dependable and a good piece of mind.
