I contacted this office because of a terrible experience I had with a previous insurance agent, and I am so grateful to them. First, Mr. Scott Mangold cut my company's insurance policy in HALF of what I was previously paying , and recently I had to take one of my tow trucks to a body shop and the experience with my insurance company left much to be desired. However, the service I received from Mrs. Sandra was more than pleasant because she is incredibly efficient and empathetic. Her patience and dedication to helping are truly admirable. Thanks to her, I was able to get my tow truck back faster, which I needed so much for work.10/10

I could probably go a 5 star but no ones perfect but they were very pleasant to work with they are on top of things and make it very quick and easy to purchase threw them without involving hardly any of your time. I do highly recommend if you're looking for insurance you should give them a call.

Kim is awesome at finding a good medical insurance policy for us! And John is great for all of our other insurance needs. They are great at listening to what you want and finding policies that meet our needs.

Becky and Erin are the best!! They are very helpful no matter the situation, can always count on them! They deal with the insurance people so I don't have too, I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I do it myself. But Edner and Kness agency does it for me and gets it right the first time ! Two thumbs up from this family!
