I've been with sf for over 10 years. I recently need to make changes for my mom along with my Insurance policy to cover driving my moms vehicle being her driver. Brenda answered all our question, easy transition for my mom. Thank you Brenda & all at Okorn State farm Office.

He made sure all details were handled correctly, including adding my landlord to the renters policy, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

Brian went above and beyond expectations for us! No one wants to deal with a broken windshield but after contacting him, no time at all and he did all the work for me, all I have to do is schedule a time for the guys to come to our house and fix it. Great customer service!

I've been with State Farm for 20+ years. This was my very first accident! Of course it was a total loss accident. I've never been through something like this before. I must have stopped in 4 times at Brian's office in DuBois. Mario was always right there as I walked in, ready and willing to help me. He even offered to leave himself a reminder to take the totaled car off my policy, if it didn't automatically come off after I got my settlement payment! Honestly, who does that??? Mario, apparently! Great job Mario and all the agents at O'Korn State Farm DuBois!!
